Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage on the EVAP Vent solenoid control circuit for 30 seconds.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Chevrolet P1665 Code?

  • Vent solenoid control circuit is open, shorted to ground or to system power
  • Vent solenoid power circuit is open (check the ENG CNTL fuse)
  • EVAP vent solenoid is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
