What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac P1646 Code?

- EVAP vent solenoid circuit is open or shorted to ground
- EVAP vent solenoid power circuit is open (test SHIFTSOL fuse)
- EVAP vent solenoid is damaged or has failed
