- CKP Sensor ‘A’ signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
- Crank Sensor ‘A’ is damaged or has failed
- Crank Sensor ‘B’ low circuit is shorted to CKP ‘A’ high circuit
- Crank Sensor ‘B’ is damaged or has failed
- IC module is damaged or has failed
- PCM had failed
