What Does The Cadillac P1351 Code Mean?

Engine started; and the PCM detected an intermittent high voltage condition (over 4.60v) on the IC circuit during the CCM test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac P1351 Code?

  • Bypass circuit is open, shorted to ground or shorted to power
  • IC signal circuit is open, shorted to ground or shorted to power
  • IC module has failed
