What Does The BMW P1635 Code Mean?

Engine started, and the battery voltage is greater than 7 volts, there was no throttle valve adaptation conducted yet and the fuel-supply safety was shutdown until adaptation is successful. There was a failure to reach the lower mechanical travel limit.
