What Are The Potential Causes Of The Volkswagen P1500 Code?

  • Fuel delivery unit connector is loose or not attached
  • Fuse 18 cause a short to the transfer fuel pump or the O2S
  • Fuel pump has failed
  • Fuel pump relay circuit is shorted to ground, B+ or is open
