What Does The Subaru P1490 Code Mean?

DTC P0125, P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304 not set, ECT sensor less than 140ºF and IAT sensor more than 50ºF at startup, engine runtime over 10 minutes, and the PCM detected the ECT sensor signal did not reach 160ºF under these engine operating conditions.
