What Does The Subaru P1480 Code Mean?

Key on or engine running; then with the cooling fan commanded “on”, the PCM detected an unexpected “high” voltage condition on the Cooling Fan Relay circuit during the CCM test.

How Can You Fix The Subaru P1480 Code?

  • Using a scan tool, check current data
  • Check for short circuit in radiator fan relay control circuit
  • Check main fan relay
  • Check sub fan relay
  • Check poor contact
