This code indicates poor communication between the Gauge Control Module and the Combination Switch Control Unit, possibly resulting from Faulty or intermittent headlamps

Note:

If DTCs B1007, B1062, B1063, B1957, B1958, and/or B2969 are indicated, perform the Combination Switch Control Unit input test.
If aditional codes are not present perform the Gauge Control Module input test.
