What Does The Ford P1437 Code Mean?

Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected the ACET signal was more than the self-test maximum amount of 4.5v in the self-test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Ford P1437 Code?

  • ACET signal circuit is open, or the ground circuit is open
  • ACET signal is shorted to VREF
  • ACET sensor is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
