What Does The Ford P1432 Code Mean?

Engine started; and the PCM detected the Thermostat Heater Control circuit was less than or more than a calibrated limit for too long a period of time during the CCM self-test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Ford P1432 Code?

  • Thermostat Heater Control (THTRC) circuit open or shorted
  • Thermostat Heater Control (THTRC) VPWR circuit open
  • Thermostat Heater assembly is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
