What Does The Chevrolet P1410 Code Mean?

Engine started, fuel level from 25-75%, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage on the Fuel Tank Pressure Control signal circuit with the fuel level over a value stored in memory.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Chevrolet P1410 Code?

  • Fuel tank pressure control solenoid control circuit is open, shorted to ground or to B+
  • Fuel tank pressure control solenoid power circuit is open
  • Fuel tank pressure control solenoid is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
