What Does The BMW P1614 Code Mean?

Key on after 800ms or engine running for 100ms, the DME detected an electrical malfunction regarding the Adaptive Cruise Control circuit. Check the ACC fuse, the ECU or CAN for fault, measure the resistance on the BUS, check the wiring harness.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The BMW P1614 Code?

  • Circuit from the MIL to the DME
  • ECU Failure, BUS system failure
  • Circuit from the EPC to the DME
