What Does The Acura B1000 Code Mean?

This code indicates failure from the communication bus line.

Note: DTCs B1005, B1007, B1011, B1012, B1013, B1015 and B1032 may all be indicated.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura B1000 Code?

Below are some possible causes of this DTC:

  • Intermittent failure in the communication bus line. Check for loose or poor connections, or worn/shorted wires
  • Poor battery condition and/or charging system
  • Short to power in B-CAN wire
  • Faulty MICU, replace the under-dash fuse/relay box
