- Blown No. 4 (40 A) fuse in the main under-hood fuse box
- Blown No. 6 (7.5 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box
- Rear MICU terminals are bent, loose or corroded
- “Open” or “Short to Ground” at the Rear MICU
- “Open” or “Short to Ground” at the Under-dash MICU
- Faulty Rear MICU
- Faulty Under-dash MICU
