What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura B1012 Code?

  • If DTC B1955 is indicated with DTC B1012 suspect Rear MICU input malfuntion.
  • Blown No. 4 (40 A) fuse in the main under-hood fuse box
  • Blown No. 6 (7.5 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box
  • Rear MICU terminals are bent, loose or corroded
  • “Open” or “Short to Ground” at the Rear MICU
  • “Open” or “Short to Ground” at the Under-dash MICU
  • Faulty Rear MICU
  • Faulty Under-dash MICU
