Subaru P1507: Idle Control System Malfunction (fail safe)
OVERVIEWWhat Does The Subaru P1507 Code Mean?
DTC P0505 not set, Engine started, engine running at idle speed, ECT sensor more than 170ºF, and the PCM detected the Actual Idle Speed was 100-200 RPM more or less than the Target Idle Speed.
Note: When this code is set, the PCM will operate in Fail Safe
