What Does The Subaru P1443 Code Mean?

Improper fuel supply. Battery voltage ≥ 10.9 V. Barometric pressure ≥ 75 kPa (563 mmHg, 22.2 inHg). Tank pressure when starter is turned from off to on is between −0.4 kPa (−3.2 mmHg, −0.1 inHg) and 1.4 kPa (10.7 mmHg, 0.4 inHg).
