Engine started, and the PCM detected the IMRC Monitor indicated the IMRC was not functioning correctly during the self-test period.
What Are The Potential Causes Of The Ford P1513 Code?
- IMRC actuator cable/gears are seized, or the cables are improperly routed or seized
- IMRC control circuit open, shorted or the VPWR circuit is open
- IMRC housing return springs are damaged or disconnected
- Leaky vacuum reservoir, vacuum lines loose or dam
