What Does The Ford P1504 Code Mean?

Engine started, engine running at idle, check for air leaks at intake, MAF sensor, intake manifold and tubes.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Ford P1504 Code?

  • IAC circuit is open, shorted to ground or to the VPWR circuit
  • IAC solenoid VPWR circuit is open
  • IAC valve is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
