What Does The Ford P145E Code Mean?

This DTC sets when the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects a Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heater circuit failure. Note: Make sure the PCV valve is correct for the engine application and the PCV heater connector is correctly connected.
