What Does The Ford P1237 Code Mean?

Key on or engine running; and the PCM received a signal from the FPDM that it had detected a fault in the fuel pump secondary circuit.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Ford P1237 Code?

  • FP PWR circuit is open or shorted
  • FPDM fuel pump return circuit is open
  • Fuel pump windings are open or shorted, or the rotor is locked
  • FPDM is damaged
