Engine started and the PCM detected the Fuel Injection Pump battery voltage was too low.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Dodge P1287 Code?

  • Fuel injection pump ground circuit is open
  • Generator voltage is less than 12.0v (the Generator has failed)
  • Battery voltage is less than 8.0v (the battery is defective)
  • PCM has failed
