What Does The Chrysler B1637 Code Mean?

This DTC is set when the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) detects a low condition.

(L34) Right high beam control circuit shorted to ground
(L34) Right high beam control circuit shorted to the (L910) headlamp return signal circuit
