What Does The Chevrolet P1817 Code Mean?

Engine runtime over 5 seconds, TFP manual valve position switch signal not in Park or Neutral, VSS more than 5 mph, and the PCM detected the Input Shaft Speed sensor changed by over 100 rpm for 5 seconds.
