OVERVIEWWhat Does The Chevrolet P1208 Code Mean?
Key on or engine running; and the PCM did not receive the Fuel Rail Temperature sensor signal for five seconds. The Fuel Injector Control Module (FICM) monitors the fuel rail temperature (FRT) sensor voltage, and sends a signal to the PCM via a PWM circuit.
What Are The Potential Causes Of The Chevrolet P1208 Code?
- FICM sensor PWM signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
- FICM is damaged or it has failed
- PCM has failed
