What Does The Cadillac P1815 Code Mean?

DTC P0722 and P0723 not set, engine started, system voltage from 8-18v, transmission output speed less than 100 rpm, and the PCM detected the Manual Shift Position Switch indicated a transitional state during this sequence: Engine speed less than 60 rpm
