What Does The Cadillac P1360 Code Mean?

Engine started; then during PCM power-up mode, the PCM detected an open circuit or short to power condition on the IC control circuit for Ignition Coil Group 2 (cylinders 2, 3, 5 and 8) for less than 1 second during the CCM test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac P1360 Code?

  • IC control circuit for Coil Group 2 is open or shorted to power
  • ICM power or ground circuit is open or has high resistance
  • ICM is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
