What Does The Acura P1745 Code Mean?

Condition for setting the DTC:

The engine speed flares when upshifting to 2nd-3rd, the engine speed flares when upshifting to 3rd-4th, driving in 5th gear neutral condition. The execution time is continuous and the duration time is 1-2 seconds or more.

NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura P1745 Code?

  • Low or dirty transmission fluid
  • If the strainer has metal debris or excessive clutch material, replace the transmission
