The program rewriting process does not finish normally due to an irregular process, such as turning off the PCM power during the A/T CPU rewriting process, and then turning the ignition switch to ON (ll) again. The execution time is continuous and the duration time is 1 seconds or more.
NOTE: This code is indicated when PCM updating is incomplete.
