What Does The Acura P16BB Code Mean?

Engine speed 500-3,000 rpm, alternator control mode 14.5 volts. The IGP terminal voltage is 12.0 V or less, and the alternator power generation amount is within 1.0 % to 50.0 %, for at least 60 seconds. The execution time is continuous.
