What Does The Acura P1242 Code Mean?

Engine started, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the Throttle Valve Control Motor 2 circuit.

Note: This throttle valve is part of the NSX Drive by Wire system.

  • Throttle valve control motor 2 circuit open or shorted to ground
