What Does The Acura P1201 Code Mean?

Condition for setting the DTC: Engine runtime 10 seconds, engine under positive load conditions, and the PCM detected a random misfire condition in one cylinder during the 200 (Catalyst) or 1000 revolution (Emission) test range.
