Below are some possible causes of this DTC:
- Perform the HVAC self-diagnostic function with the HDS
- “Open” in the wires between the Climate Control Unit and the Front Mode Control Motor
- Broken linkage or door
- Faulty Front Mode Control Motor
- Faulty Climate Control Unit
