What Does The Acura B1225 Code Mean?

This code indicates poor communication between the Temperature Sensor and the Climate Control Unit (“Open” condition).

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura B1225 Code?

  • Perform the HVAC self-diagnostic function with the HDS
  • Loose wires or poor connections on the in-car temperature sensor circuit
  • “Open” circuit between the Climate Control Unit and the in-car temperature sensor
